Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cardocrat website at cardocrat.com (the "Site"), operated by Cardocrat ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What Cardocrat is

Cardocrat is an independent credit card comparison and education platform. We provide rankings, calculators, reviews, guides, and tools to help you understand credit card rewards. We are not a bank, lender, broker, or card issuer, and we do not originate, approve, or issue any financial product. Any decision to apply for a product is made between you and the issuer.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cardocrat is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Cardocrat regarding the Site, and you may not assign them without our consent.
