On perks and redemptions, the JetBlue Plus carries the heavier credit stack (about $100 a year). Weigh those against the fee, since credits and lounge access only count if you will actually use them.
Transfer partners and point value
Neither card earns transferable points, so redemptions are cash-back or fixed portal value on both, roughly a cent per point. There is no airline or hotel transfer angle to separate them.
Both are airline cards, but for different carriers at very different fees, so it comes down to Delta versus JetBlue.

The verdict
If you fly Delta domestically, the Platinum’s companion certificate can cover its fee on one trip, making it worthwhile for a Delta regular.
If you fly JetBlue, the Plus is far cheaper and its free bag can cover the fee, plus you build toward Mosaic. Pick the airline you fly, and note the JetBlue card is a much smaller commitment.
