Best Credit Cards With Global Entry or TSA PreCheck Credit
How the credit works
Cards with this benefit give a statement credit (usually up to about $100 to $120) when you charge the Global Entry or TSA PreCheck application fee to the card, typically once every four years to match the membership cycle. Since the credit covers the full fee, enrollment becomes effectively free. See Global Entry vs PreCheck vs CLEAR.
Which cards include it
The credit is common on premium travel cards and many mid-tier ones, so you have plenty of options without paying the top annual fees. Some premium cards now also credit a CLEAR membership. If you hold a travel card, check whether it offers the credit before paying for enrollment yourself.
Use it (even for family)
Charge the application fee to the card and the credit posts automatically. A useful trick: you can often use your card credit to pay for a family member enrollment fee, since the benefit reimburses the charge on your card regardless of whose application it is. See the Global Entry credit and premium travel cards.
